- I am very excited to be starting this journey to xtreme health. Realization of the connection of our physical bodies, mental awareness and spiritualism are the keys. It starts with what we put into our bodies through diet, supplements and exercise. Lack of quality in these three areas would be like an infant without human touch and care. As Americans we as a majority have taken a detour off the extreme holistic path. The results are obesity, disease and low energy. The direct connection of mind and body has been lost. Extreme physical well being is also mental sharpness that leads us back to being our extreme holistic selves. I will help with tips for change within while also pointing out the dangers we need to avoid. These are the dangers that have placed us on this detour away from our xtreme selves.
